Outside packaging was perfect. Inside, the pearls are presented in a beautiful outer box and upon opening that - an inner presentation box. These boxes are about 8-9" square. It's really beautiful. Then the pearls! Omg. I purchased the matinee length, 20", with white gold clasp. Truly a beautiful necklace. Every pearl is round and shiny, and knotted very well. Do not hesitate to purchase these pearls. I will be purchasing from this company again.
